There are two ways to upload a workbook to your SpreadsheetLIVE account. You can either press 'Upload Workbook' link from the quick access links on the upper left hand side.
Alternatively you can also upload a workbook using the right-click menu and press 'Upload a New Workbook' link:
Upload will invoke following form. You can select one or multiple files to upload at once. You can also select a folder to place workbooks under.
