You can use Sort feature to organiza an unorderly data set. For example, take the data set below. To sort this data set, first highlight the range the sort function will be applied.
Then click on 
icon either from the toolbar or from the Data menu item as shown below
A Sort dialog window will appear. Select the desired order method 'A to Z' or 'Z to A' and press '+' button to include.
 | Note If you have multiple data columns you can apply different sorting algorithm to each set. |
When done, press 'Sort' button.
Your data will be sorted as shown below
