One of the important data analysis features in SpreadsheetLIVE is 'remove duplicates'. It allows user to find the unique values in a large data set. Let's take the data set shown below
To remove the duplicates from this list, first highlight the data. The select 'remove duplicates' option from Data menu.
A popup window will appear indicating how many duplicate records were found and removed from the data
The data range will then be updated by removing the duplicate records
