To begin creating a Gantt chart, select the "Gantt" option from the SpreadsheetLIVE charting menu.

After selecting the gantt chart, press the ">>" button in the bottom left-hand corner.

You will be presented with the screen shown above. From here, you simply select the range of data you would like represented in the chart. You can then select whether the data is read in columns or in rows (e.g. as shown, amount will appear in the x-axis and the quantity would be in the y-axis, of 'Rows' is selected, it would be the opposite)
| Note Gantt chart requires three data fields. First field is typically in text format and represents project items. Second and third fields are in date format and represent start and end date for each project item. |

You can then select the defined chart title, axis labels and the legend. The legend can be turned on or off (i.e. select 'None' if no legend is necessary).

Once you are finished press 'Done'. The chart will be created within the SpreadsheetLIVE worksheet.
