Filter is a powerful feature in SpreadsheetLIVE to work on large datasets by creating subsets. Simply select the columns your data set as shows below
Then either click Filter option under Data menu or click 
icon in the toolbar
SpreadsheetLIVE will insert special filter boxes in the first row of your data set. You can access selections by clicking on the arrow button. You will see a list of unique values in that column. You can either make single or multiple selections and press button 'Done'.
SpreadsheetLIVE will filter the whole data set and only lists the rows that contain selected options in that column. You can continue filtering data in multiple columns until you reach desired datasubset.
