'Border' Formatting

Formatting cell borders in SpreadsheetLIVE is as simply as selecting the cells that you would like to format, selecting 'Format' from the main tab bar (located near the top of the SpreadsheetLIVE workbook user interface) and selecting 'Cells'.

From here, you simply select the 'Border' tab in the menu that pops up. You will be presented with the option settings similar to those found in the image below.

The section to the left, labeled 'Border' is a visual representation of how your border will look. The buttons surrounding the central box allow you to define which borders are going to be used (i.e. top and bottom borders on the vertical axis, left and right borders on the horizontal axis). Simply click the borders that you desire to use for the selected range. Then, you can select a border style in the 'Line' section from a series of several different options (e.g. bold, general, dots). The 'Color' option allows you to define a color for the border. Click it and you will be presented a palette of colors. If none of them are desirable, simply press 'More' and a larger palette will become available. Once you are done, press 'OK' to finalize the borders.
