Add a Worksheet

In order to add a worksheet to an already existing workbook you must be logged in and you must have the workbook open. From the workbook interface, find the sheets tab at the bottom left corner of the workbook (similar to the worksheets tab in many spreadsheet applications).

From here, simply right-click one of the available worksheets within the tab bar and select 'Insert' from the menu.

Alternatively, you can select the 'Insert' option from the main menu near the top of the worksheet user interface. From this menu, you can select 'Worksheet' to add a new worksheet to the workbook.

Remove a Worksheet

To remove a worksheet, select the 'Edit' option from the main menu near the top of the worksheet user interface. From this menu, you can scroll over the 'Delete' option and then press 'Worksheet' to delete the current worksheet from the workbook. Note: Select the worksheet that you would like to delete before using this delete method.

You will be presented with the pop-up shown in the image below. Press 'OK' to finalize the removal of the worksheet.

Alternatively, you can right click the sheet that you would like to delete from the worksheet menu in the bottom left corner of the SpreadsheetLIVE user interface. From here, simply select the 'Delete' option. You will be presented with the same pop-up depicted in Image 5. Press 'OK' to finalize the removal of the worksheet.

Rename a Worksheet

The SpreadsheetLIVE user interface allows you to rename the individual worksheets in order to allow the user more freedom in organizing their workbooks. To rename a worksheet, select the 'Format' option from the main menu near the top of the SpreadsheetLIVE user interface. Then select 'Rename Sheet'. Note: Select the worksheet that you would like to rename prior to using this renaming method.

A pop-up similar to the one shown below will appear. Any differences in appearance can be attributed to varying Internet browser preferences. Simply enter the name that you would like to label this worksheet. Then press 'OK' to finalize the renaming.

Alternatively, you can right click the worksheet that you would like to rename in the bottom left-hand corner of the SpreadsheetLIVE user interface (in the worksheet tab bar). Then select 'Rename' from the right-click menu. The same pop-up as depicted above will show up. Enter the desired name and press 'OK' to finalize the renaming.
